Dried Lumber
Air Dried ----------------------------------------- Kiln Dried
We carry a large selection of both air dried and kiln dried lumber.

What's the difference?

There are two types of moisture, unbound and bound.  Simply put, the unbound moisture
is water contained between wood cells and bound moisture is water contained within the
cells.  Air dried lumber gets rid of most of the unbound moisture and kiln drying gets rid of
most of the bound.

We always like meeting people and offering our knowledge and experience.  Please take
a look the photos below and give us a call.  If we don't have what you are looking for, there
is a good chance we know who has it ...

Don't let the 'grey' fool you, a pen knife will tell you the true color underneath.
